By compiling, executing, rendering, or browsing any source file or user-facing view hosted on the DEAD DEV ecosystem, you enter an absolute agreement bound by these functional conditions. If you do not accept these protocols, you are forbidden from initiating transmissions to our databases.

When creating a user handle on DEAD DEV, you accept absolute liability for all operations executed under your security credentials. You agree that: (a) You will not use spoofed, malicious, or automated scripts to attack database clusters; (b) You are solely responsible for keeping your session authorization signatures confidential.

Any code snippets, blog transmissions, or project uploads you publish to the DEAD DEV network remain your proprietary intellectual property. However, by broadcasting this data to the collective, you grant DEAD DEV an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to render, index, mirror, cache, and optimize that content for public/private distribution.

ALL SOURCE SCRIPTS, SERVICES, PORTALS, AND ASSETS ARE DISCHARGED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, DEVOID OF REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY SPECIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED. WE ASSUME ZERO LIABILITY FOR SYSTEM VOLATILITY, CLOUD INTERRUPTIONS, DATABASE ENTROPY, OR LOSS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESIDUES.

DEAD DEV administration reserves absolute, unconditioned privileges to terminate accounts, restrict server nodes, wipe malicious logs, or block access protocols immediately, without warning, in the event of systemic threats, automated spamming, or gross violations of elite builder community ethics.
